Brazed heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger made by welding adjacent stainless steel corrugated plates in a vacuum brazing furnace using pure copper as the brazing material.
The channels are formed between the plates, and the distribution of corner holes on the edges allows the two medium to flow alternately in the channels. The numerous contact points provide excellent mechanical strength.
Optimize the flow distribution in the inlet area, eliminate dead corners, improve heat transfer efficiency, reduce diversion resistance, and effectively avoid dirt accumulation
