Brazed heat exchanger is a plate heat exchanger made by welding adjacent stainless steel corrugated plates in a vacuum brazing furnace using pure copper as the brazing material. The channels are formed between the plates, and the distribution of corner holes on the edges allows the two medium to flow alternately in the channels. The numerous contact points provide excellent mechanical strength. The contact points and edges are sealed by copper brazing, which has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, high heat transfer efficiency, small total amount of refrigerant filling, wide range of use, and high cost-effectiveness
