At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Xinlimin delivered a speech. He began by reviewing the company's business experience in 2023. In 2023, the epidemic that has lasted for three years has not gone far, conflicts are continuing around the world, and the international political and economic situation is volatile. At the end of July, severe floods hit the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Affected by the flood discharge, the area where the factory is located was flooded for half a month. During that time, 14 people were trapped inside the building for several days. Only parts of the plant, such as the workshop and the office building, emerged from the water, and the first floor of the office building was completely submerged in flood water. The flood waters receded, leaving half a meter of muddy water in and around the plant. It was a horrible mess.
In the face of such a difficult situation, Yang decided to wait and actively organize employees and hire social forces to clean up the sludge in and around the factory. After more than a month of labor, the factory environment returned to a more normal state. At the same time of desilting, the factory gradually resumed production according to conditions. In addition, the company also rented a suitable plant to carry out production.
In September, the company participated in the China-Asean Expo held in Nanning. It is a good demonstration of HuaAixin's products and company image.
In this way, all the employees of the company under the strong leadership of Yang General Xin total, indomitable courage, and achieved 143 million impressive results throughout the year.
